His projects include the Army Corps of Engineers, USDA Forest Service, Kyoto University, Franz Consulting, and the University of Hawaii to solve a wide range of problems from database management, decision support, to knowledge mining and management.

Dr. Payne has over 25 years experience in all aspects of non-profit funds development. Prior to that he served in marketing/sales for a Fortune 500 Corporation. An ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), he served as VP for three seminaries and one private college. In addition he brings experience working with various non-profits including the church, arts & humanities, emergency shelters, and low-income housing.

Mrs. Showalter has worked in the mortgage and banking industry for over 25 years. She has extensive background in all areas of loan production and has held senior management positions in Operations, Credit Administration, Business Development, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Fraud and Compliance. Mrs. Showalter was also Senior VP of Business Systems for a major mortgage banker and Senior Vice Present of Compliance and Training for a mortgage software company.
